LOT OF WELL OVER 150 "THE PENNSYLVANIAN" NEWSPAPERS, UNIV OF PA, EARLY 1900S. This is a lot of well over 150 old newspapers from the University of Pennsylvania dating to 1909 to 1912. The student body published this 4 page newspaper every day. It covers sports, entertainment, the university's administration, visiting speakers, some information on what graduates were doing, etc. T's also some wonderful old ads in each issue. Each issue is 4 pages and is tabloid style - 1 sheet, folded, about the size of a New York Daily News or something. The bulk of the issues are from 1910. This will be an amazing find for the right person. CONDITION: They're all in fair to good used condition. They are all very readable. A number of them are age stained and some have water stains, but the majority are in pretty nice condition. Each is folded to be about 6 by 9 inches, so t are more fold lines than t should be for tabloid style. A fair number of them have wear tears on the edges. SHIPPING: $15.00 by parcel post. PLEASE NOTE: Media mail cannot contain advertising, and these newspapers have ads, so I have to send them either priority or parcel. They weigh 8 or 9 pounds. If you live fairly close to the east coast, the cost will be less and/or I can send priority for a reasonable price. I will only charge you what it costs me to ship, not one cent read more
