From the Garner CollectionWe listed this lunchbox on St. Valentine's Day. Perhaps some of these interesting monsters might inspire, or at least suggest, your valentine choice. The gallery includesthe idol of Frankenstein's creation, the monster's bride, the Phantom for you music lovers out there, Dracula (if you like them old),Wolfman (if you are used tosleeping with an animal), the mutants (if you are always changing something) and the creature of the black lagoon (for you sailors who love the water.) My personalfavorite is the tarantula. The box that contains them all is embossed to cast the spell of movie movement--they are all coming right at you. Some monster put two tinydents in opposite corners. Paint is not affected and there is no rust. Shelf wear or packing could have caused these impurities. I shudder to think what the monsterintended. The tag and the thermos wrapping paper assure us that this is a mint pail.We are happy to be in touch with our patrons again. We wish you a profitable 2014. Lunchboxes are a great investment!
