This pennant was proudly owned by a gentleman who attended Alabama in the 1920s. His father before him attended Alabama! The pennant shows its age..has wear and moth holes but it somewhat adds to it's vintage feel. The white of the letters shows a pink cast from the bleeding of the red dye..Letters are individually applied. Material feels like Wool. Tag is applied to reverse which reads.."ALEX TAYLOR & CO. INC.."ATHLETIC SUPPLIES".."22 E. 42d ST. NEW YORK".."REGD US PAT OFFICE" Being sold as is, used..Pennant shows significant wear and has holes.
