You're bidding on a gently used UHC Helicopter pin from University Hospital of Cleveland, Ohio from the late 1980's, tie tack style pin. The pin states " UHC AirCare". This is the EMS / Rescue Helicopter from Cleveland, Ohio at Universoty Hospital located in downtown Cleveland. This is a replica of the helicopter they used back in the mid-late 1980's, unknown if it is still is use today or not~i got this when I was working EMS in the Ohio area during this time. Measures about 1.5 inches across, ideal for a lapel or tie tack. Great for the collector! Wonderful for the flight medic collector or the flight nurse! Wonderful! Simple color on this pin, lblue, dark red, white & is gold-toned with 1 clutch style back on this pin, back "dammit" is worn looking from age. This is one of 2 of these exact style pins I will be listing for sale.
