Hello everyone, I'm listing in this auction a vintage ungraded UNKNOWN WORLD June No. 1 TERROR! HORROR! SUSPENSE! 10¢ Golden Age Comic . I am not a comic expert, but I know the basic value of the 10 cent comics and what to look for as far as wear and tear. This is one of a lot that I will be listing that are a recent estate find, and the condition varies on them individually, but they are very nice overall considering their age. They were kept fairly well, but not in sleeves, they will all be listed 'as found', and placed in new boarded sleeves to protect them now. They will be a wonderful addition to any collection and to use for display.Feel free to ask me any questions, I check in often so I will answer asap. The 'mouse over to enlarge' feature seems to not be working on Windows 10 in Google Chrome, but you could try another browser to get the super magnified images . Each paid invoice has an individual tracking number applied to it.Now, some details of condition:Spine has some tearing or separation Old corner creases on front six pages Old crease and pencil mark 'k' on the front cover Edge tears on back two pages Large tear on back cover Staples are rust free I respectfully ask my buyers not to penalize me in the detailed seller ratings (stars) without conta cting me in advance and messaging me before leaving anything less than a positive 4 or 5 ' ★★★★★ ' feedback for something I might have missed, I detail everything as best that I can and upload detailed expandable photos from every angle of the item, it's a buyers duty to look at the photos and read the detailed description before bidding and/or winning an item.Buyers will only be charged the appropriate shipping fee according to the zip code they live in and by the actual weight and value of the package. Sellers must apply a tracking fee for 1st class packages which is an eBay and Paypal standard and it's for our mutual protection. I only charge insurance fees if I feel that the item is especially fragile or valuable and I usually foot that cost myself. Rising rates and slow delivery times are never within a sellers control, I'm not in control of the United States Post Office's prices, any issue is with them and eBay (who carves out their 10% of shipping fees for themselves), not with me. I don't charge for time spent packing and shipping, or gas money.
