TOBACCO COMMENT: The value of this item is in the collectible packaging, not in the tobacco itself. The package has not been opened, but that the tobacco within is not for consumption. This collectible tobacco packaging is not available at any retail outlet and the packaging has a value that substantially exceeds the current retail price of the tobacco product in the package. Buyer of this collectible must be at least 18 years of age. Buyers and sellers are responsible for ensuring that any transaction involving tobacco complies with all applicable laws and shipping regulations in carrying out the transaction.

DESCRIPTION: You are looking at an original unopened pack of lucky strikes in the pre-war green pack. It is in mint condition with celophane only slihlty shrunk form age with a small tear in the top of the cello. The rest of the package is in fabulous condition. The gold is slightly sparkly with a little of the gold flaking off leading me to conclude this is old style, pre-1939 printing.

PAYMENT: I will accept a money order, personal check from anyone with an ebay ID card greater than 25, or Pay Pal. For international payment I will only accept Pay Pal. I no longer accept Wes tern Uni on.

POSTAGE : I will mail anyw in the continental US via priority mail for $4.90. That includes $0.85 for tracking. For items over $100.00 you must use insurance at the standard postal service rates. The tracking is the verification that the item was sent. If it does not arrive you will need to open an inquiry with the postal service. If you requested insurance you can resolve that with them as well. Please read the USPS insurance and claim details as they do not cover everything. International postage will be higher and I will not devalue the item by indicating a lesser value on the customs declaration. If you want insurance you must arrange prior to shipping.

PACKAGING : I will package the item to ensure that no damage happened during shipping. I typically use bubble wrap and peanut filler in a larger box if the item is subject to damage in transient. For bendable items such as documents and photos I will use a sturdy envelope with cardboard liner on each side to prevent damage, or I will use a priority mailing box.

RETURNS: I will allow a return for any reason provided the item is sent back and the item is received within 14 days of postmark from my address. You will receive your bid price back once I receive the item back. Please email me if you receive the item and are not satisfied. You should insure the return mailing and add tracking for your protection.
