A 4mm scale resin Loco body & tender kit for the 3rd series 'Merchant Navy' pacific locomotives, No's 35021-30, in their original streamlined condition. This kit is designed to fit on the Chinese-made Hornby 'West Country' chassis with small modifications, or on the 'MN' chassis with rather more alteration. Comes with one-piece loco, & 6,000 gallon tender body mouldings, with V-front cab, smoke deflectors etc. as separate details. Builds into a superb representation of the Southern's front-line express class, without the hassle of building your own chassis. Starts well below retail, so a potential cheap project for those winter evenings. Second series, with 5,100 gallon tender body, can be substituted if preferred.
