1 COMPLETELY UNSEARCHED ROLL OF WHEAT PENNIES WITH AN INDIAN HEAD SHOWING!! I recently purchased about 5,000 shotgun rolls (50 pennies to a roll) of unsearched wheat pennies with Indian heads showing from an estate sale! These rolls are completely unsearched and have a nice tight professional machine crimp to ensure they have not been tampered with. I opened up about 30 rolls to get a good idea of what was inside, and I was rather impressed. There was a good amount of pre 1940 wheats (a good amount of teens) and a good amount of steel pennies as well (Some steels also appear to be uncirculated as well). These rolls also seemed to have a great mix of mint marks as well. There were also some Indians within the rolls, along with the one showing on the end. It has been reported by a few buyers that Mercury and Barber dimes have been showing up as well! Each roll has an Indian Head penny showing on one end and a wheat penny on the other! Error Coins: Recently I have been hearing from customers that multiple error coins have been showing up as well. PLEASE when you are looking try to search for these. Many people may just see a common date and overlook a double or an offset strike. These coins can be very valuable. Common Sense When Buying Wheat Rolls: Did you know that 25,789,366,877 wheat pennies were struck from 1909-1958? Thats over 25 BILLION pennies!! Did you also know that ONLY 484,000 1909 S-VDB pennies were struck? That means the odds of finding an 1909 S-VDB is 1 out of 53,284 pennies. If you convert that to rolls that means 1 roll out of 1,066 will contain a 1909 S-VDB! Also a GREAT majority of these coins are in private collections or culled out, which makes the odds even worse! The reason why i say this is, although its NOT impossible (has been found before in my rolls), it's a MAJOR long shot that if you purchase 1 roll you will find one. All the sellers who say "2 1909 S-VDB'S found this week" are simply lying, because most likely they sell less then 50 rolls a week and the odds of 2 1909 S-VDB's in 50 rolls is astronomical! All i ask for is to be reasonable with expectations. Most rolls have a great mix of dates (good amount of pre 1940's), mint marks, and higher grade coins. These rolls are perfect to help fill gaps in that old album, possibly pick up some steels and indians, add to your hoard of wheats, or have a CHANCE to find a key date! My Rolls: I really do believe that these are the best rolls on eBay. They are the real deal. I am one of the leading sellers of Unsearched Penny Rolls on eBay and the quality of my feedback is immaculate. I have had many amazing coins found in my rolls, and my feedback will verify that. There are very very few, if any, sellers on eBay who have sold the amount of rolls that I have in the past year. There are even fewer sellers who actually offer professionally crimped rolls. Also for the price (which is one of the lowest on eBay) you really can’t go wrong giving it a try. Since i have never looked at the contents of each individual roll i obviously do not know the exact dates you will receive. Please understand there is NOTHING i can do about this and have no control over what dates will be received. All i can guarantee is that each roll will have ATLEAST 1 Indian Head Penny (because it shows on one end however every roll always has multiple), and all coins will either be an Indian Head or a Wheat Penny (Barber Dimes, Mercury Dimes and Flying Eagles are possible as well but they are much more rare as many rolls do not contain any).
