Magnificent vintage 7 strand necklace alternating with rows of green glass teardrops and burnished gold embossed beads. Beads have a wonderful repeating exploding star design. Chunky neck chain of sturdy double link construction....t is significant weight ..thankfully it is artfully distributed and can be worn for hours with no discomfort. Beautifully crafted in the glamorous style of Joseff of Hollywood...t is no signature...but from years of collecting and handling vintage jewelry for pleasure and business...I believe this is a Joseff creation. Friends have pleaded Haskell... and though their points are well taken...I've stood by Joseff on this one! Necklace measures 16" at neck "plus" an extra inch from large closure as pictured. Necklace has a 13 inch drop from center (add an extra 1/2 inch for closure ring)...top row gives plenty of breathing room. Put this necklace on and you will fill like a movie star! feel free to ask questions before bidding...please check all of my listings ...more treats...and I am happy to combine shipping. Note to e-Bayer who asked approximately how many art glass beads in this necklace.....158....I think!
