Description 's a strange and unusual seal for all you fob collectors! I've never seen a seal like this and to be honest, not sure what the matrix reads or depicts. However, it is for these reasons that I have a fascination for it and would welcome any comments any of you might have to enlighten me. It is brass (or maybe even bronze) and feels old although I have no idea what age. The matrix depicts the head and neck of a man with stylised text running around the outside. But as to what the text says, I really have no idea. T are three very small pit marks on the "collar" and a small indentation in the matrix rim - nether which detracts from the seal's attraction and adds more mystique! I am offering this seal with NO RESERVE and I trust this will allow you make a bid with the confidence that you have every chance of winning!
