Being offered is this very unusual small porcelain pitcher made by W.H. Grindley & Co of England, with marks including "Oxford, Tunstall, 40, and F" imprinted on the bottom (see 3rd photo). It measures 7-1/2 inches high and weighs 1 lb, 8oz (US). The design is really precious, almost Oriental is its style with pine tree branching, needles and cones. The condition is excellent. We don't note any repairs or chips. It comes from the heir of a late fine china collector who was active from the early-20th Century til later, and was only used for decorative purposes for several decades. We are not certain of its date of origin but the style seems to suggest ca. 1900 to pre-War. Please allow a day or two to ship out. See other fine objects in my eBay Store.
