You are bidding on a matched pair of very rare and unusual slip shade wall sconces that came out of the Ivanhoe Temple here in Kansas City. The sconces are marked M.E.P Inc. Design. That stands for Markel Electrical Products. The shades measure 6" x 8" with the usual edge flakes. I have owned 100's of slip shade sconces and never have I seen a pair like this. They look arts and crafts in design. They are a rare design so do not miss the opportunity. Where would you find another? The Ivanhoe Temple was a Masonic organization that had a beautiful building on Linwood near Olive. Look it up on the net. Please check the images for condition and email us with your questions.
