This is an unusual, possibly 1960's or 1970's hippie era??? CERAMIC Aladdin lamp with a multi-colored glaze. The burner knob is marked 23 ALADDIN . The side of the burner is marked REG. T.M. Aladdin....MANUFACTURED UNDER U.S.PATENT NO. 3551086 .The base is about 6 3/4" in diameter and about 4 1/4" high to the top of the metal ring without the burner in place. The ceramic base is in good condition without any chips or cracks. The interior is an off-white color. I didn't attempt to clean the burner and t are numerous spots of corrosion around the base ring which should clean up. The wick moves. The top removable ring that held the chimney is missing but can be easily replaced. The metal is non-magnetic - I don't know if it's aluminum or some other metal.I will be happy to answer any questions that you may have. I WILL NOT end an auction early or change it to BUY IT NOW .
