A vintage Ingrid Atterberg 'Corso' dish. 1950's. Made in Sweden by Upsala Ekeby. The bowl has a simple white glaze to the outside. The inside of the tray is decorated with an incised geometric pattern. The incised lines are glazed with a white glaze with 6 coloured panels. The panels are coloured green, red, blue and yellow and have a gloss almost enamel style finish. The base is marked 'UE Sweden 2146 ABG'. 27.6 cm long x 16.1 cm wide x 3.1 cm tall. The bowl is in good condition with no chips or cracks and displays well. There are some very light surface scratches but it has been well cared for and has only had light if any use. It is a classic Scandinavian mid century ceramic design. I have taken a number of pictures to try and give as accurate a description as possible. Will ship worldwide.
