PRICE REDUCED!! Beautiful framed lithograph: "Eiffel Tower and Pont Alex" a pen/ink/watercolor depicting a typical Parisian street scene by listed artist Urbain Huchet. Signed and numbered. This print is number 212 in the series, but the number of prints in the edition is not clear to me. You be the judge! (see detail pic). Size of artwork: 6" x 7.5" Size of complete framed piece: 14.5" x 15.75" Gold frame is tasteful and lovely. There are a couple of small nicks (see detail pic) but they are not noticeable when hung on the wall. No returns. Please be sure to ask questions prior to bidding. Thank you! After studying law and owning a textile factory for four years, he decided in 1960 to devote himself entirely to painting. Mr. Huchet spent his first three years as an artist in Pont-Aven, following in the footsteps of the Post Impressionist, Gauguin, and Symbolist, Emile Bernard, both of whom influenced him a great deal. In 1963, he moved to Paris, catching the travel bug. He journeyed throughout Europe and the Middle East, spending time in Indian markets, visiting Peru, Mexico, Egypt, and every beautiful country he could, finding inspiration in each place.
