US Army M1951 Parka w/Liner and Real Fur Hood COOL

M1951 Fishtail Parka Original M1951 "fishtail" parka with hood and liner, features as follows: 1) Parka shell: OD green cotton/nylon blend poplin construction with attached hood and shoulder epaulettes, two deep wool lined pockets with snap flaps, elastic and button wrist straps, drawstrings at waist and bottom of shell, and heavy duty CONMAR metal zipper with snap flap. Shell is dated 1953 and has late 50s/early 60s US ARMY and 2nd Armor Division color patches sewn on. Faded from washing but no holes, repairs or other damage. 2) Liner: Heavy white sheeps wool construction with light OD green nylon inner lining and button holes for attaching inside shell. No markings visible. Some minor repairs to several of the seams but nothing affecting appearance or use. 3) Hood: Dark OD green cotton/nylon blend poplin outer shell with OD green blanket wool lining, elastic band on top, and real wolf fur trim (no synthetic junk Hood rim has wire band for bending fur around face. Orange ink stamped contract markings under button flap of hood dated 1953. No holes, fraying or other damage and no damage to fur rim. Parka is size Small but will actually fit much bigger (measures 22 inches from armpit to armpit across chest). Nice wearable parka for these cold winter days, with the added attraction of the real fur hood. Weight 8 pounds, ready to wear and in very good condition. Any questions please feel free to ask.
