This is a Vintage WW2? US Army Marksman Badge Pin with Rifle Bar both sterling by NS Meyer, Inc. The badge is stamped on the back "NS MEYER, INC. - NEW YORK - STERLING" and some emblems (please see photo of stamp). The RIFLE bar is stamped on the back "STERLING" with some emblems (again please see photo of stamp). It also has both the brass? pin closures in the back (I am assuming they are the original pin closures). Although I am not an expert in Military badges and this is my first time selling an item like this, I would say that the badge is in pretty good vintage condition. It has some tarnish, some black spots/spotting, some grey areas, some surface scratches and some surface specks/nicks. Overall still nice. I think the flaws give the badge nice character and age. It measures about 1 1/2" high by about 1" wide. I am not sure how old it is - maybe from World War 2? It does show somewhat of age. I tried my best to describe this badge in detail, but might have not covered everything imaginable. So if you have any questions about this Vintage WW2?
