VERY NICE US ARMY MEDICAL DEPARTMENT OVAL BUTTER PLATE (7 3/8" X 3 3/4") Has been USED and are in EXCELLENT CONDITION!!! Please email us if you have any questions regarding shipping. It is not our intention to make money on shipping. As everyone knows, the rates just keep going up. All shippers have raised rates. We do our best to quote actual shipping charges. We are always very happy to arrange for a local pick up. We pack with great care. Insurance is OPTIONAL for packages being shipped via the United States Postal Service. T is an extra charge for this service which is based on the value of the package. This option will be included in your invoice. Packages shipped via FedEx GROUND automatically come with Insurance. We have no control over a package once it has been shipped. USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail have a faster delivery rate than GROUND. We choose the carrier based on the best shipping price. If your package weighs more than 3 pounds, it will be shipped FedEx GROUND. If you want it shipped faster, you have the option to pay a higher rate and ask us to ship USPS. We gladly accept PAYPAL ** PERSONAL CHECKS ** MONEY ORDERS. When using Paypal please note that we can SHIP ONLY TO VERIFIED ACCOUNTS & ONLY TO PAYPAL CONFIRMED ADDRESS. If your address is not CONFIRMED, Paypal will hold your funds for 30 days before returning it to you. They do not give us the option to DENY your payment, but will not guarantee payment to us if your Shipping address in UNCONFIRMED. If your mailing address is not CONFIRMED with Paypal, we cannot accept your payment. Please send a Check or Money Order instead. Please note: Personal checks must clear (up to 10 days after deposited into our account) Prior to shipping. INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS PLEASE NOTE: RATES are different from the price quoted in the auction. Please email us for a shipping quote well in advance of the end date and prior to bidding so that t are no surprises.
