These are genuine U.S.G.I. polypropylene cold - wet weather shirt and drawers in excellent condition. They appear to have been issued but lightly worn if ever worn at all. T are very few occasions that cold weather gear is needed by soldiers in Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas. The U.S. Military issues soldiers polypropylene in extreme cold wet climates because it does not absorb moisture; its unique vapor transfer moves moisture away from the skin keeping soldiers warm and dry. Genuine U.S. Military Issued Thermals have the lowest thermal conductivity of any traditional apparel fiber. Polypropylene is also color fast, so it will resist fading and continues to look good, even in chlorinated climates. Olive drab in color these drawers have elastic waist and ankles and the top has zip up neck with elastic wrists. Both top and bottom are in excellent condition with signs of use such as a few small fur balls which indicate these items have been through the wash.
