Hi this auction is for the United States Military Distress Light Marker as shown in the pictures .The pouch is not original but fits nicely and is included with the marker.The unit has a strobe light, an IR filter cover, and a blue filter that is designed to help distinguish your strobe light from ground fire. This unit uses 2 AA size batteries. To use the IR filter, you would place it over the strobe. To use the strobe, remove the IR filter. To use the blue light filter, remove the IR filter and grasp the upper part of the beacon with one hand. With the other hand, grasp the battery compartment and pull down.
