My late wife's uncle was a patent attorney in Washington, DC. In the early 1930s the US Patent Office decided to dispose of the models of items which had previously been required to support patent claims s in the 19th Century, he acquired this quarter-scale model of a piano stool. Adjustable, but generally 20-inches high. It was on display in his home and then ours ever since that time. Shipping information shown in the posting is not accurate.
