very very rare 19thc walking stick / cane from the first presidential campaign of grover cleveland in 1885 ,this i believe is a one of a kind piece. i have never seen another one. the top is the bust of president cleveland . silverplate may be gorham? pairpoint? meriden? or reed and barton? not marked. in good shape .ware which is normal because this item was used. the cane itself is wood may be chestnut not sure ?but in good shape for its age no breaks . the tip to the cane is gone .that is it . would say in very good condition for its age. fantastic. this is one of the rarest items i think i have ever had. i have never seen another one. the cane measures 35 inches long . this item can be used but it is so rare should really be in a fine collection or museum!!! a little bit about grover cleveland.
