Up for bid is an original buttplate and two screws for a M1841 Harpers Ferry percussion rifle. Also known as the Mississippi Rifle, this buttplate is brass. Unmarked. Screws have decent slots but also some light rust that should clean up. Brass is moderately dinged and scratched and remains in GOOD PLUS to NEAR VERY GOOD condition. Please see our other M1841 "Mississippi Rifle" parts currently on Ebay. This is the second one we've been able to offer this month. We've had this particular musket consigned to us and are parting it out. Win more than one auction and we're happy to combine shipping. . Buyer to include $5.50 shipping and handling for USPS priority shipping with delivery confirmation. Insurance is optional at the high bidders discretion and should only add a couple of dollars. My terms are a one week, no questions asked return of your money, less shipping if you should be unhappy with your purchase for any reason. I would ask that the item be returned in the same condition it was sent and that the buyer pay for return shipping costs. We accept PAYPAL, money orders and personal checks. PAYPAL and money orders are shipped every Wednesday and Saturday, while personal checks will delay shipment for 10 working days.
