This is an original Vietnam US Army Lt. General's helmet 3 star with a 1964 dated helmet with liner and a 1967 dated camo cover. The name of the General is written inside the liner on period tape. I cannot make out the name. Overall excellent condition. I acquired this in Columbia, SC recently, not far from Ft. Jackson at a yard sale. 100% original. Super nice Vietnam combat helmet. Hard to find with this rank.
