This a a nice 1st Infantry Division officer's Captains fix bale front seam helmet with a Firestone liner and the officers overcoat dated 1943 with liner with his captain bars sewn on as well, this is one of the nicest helmest I've come across in a long time I aquiredthis recently from the vets family who retired in Florida,the vet was on the Normandy invasion and fought in the Battle of the Bulge as well, I will be listing some more items from the family as well, this has a nice 1st Infantry Division emblem , nice khaki straps and a mint condition Firestone liner complete with khaki webbingand sweat band,Officers coat is a large 36 L datd 1943 with nice officers label as well, this out fit is hard to upgrade in this condition.
