This will be a great bag to carry heavy objects in. The bag is a greenish brown in color and marked on the top flap SATCHEL SIGNAL. It has a heavy strap with a shoulder pad. The bag is about 10 inches across the front seam X 8 to 9 accross top to bottom and 4 inches wide. Its double layered material inside and looks only lightly used. The shoulder strap is about 41 inches long from ring to ring as shown in the pictures. T is no maker marking that I can find but because of the color it almost has to be of WW2 vintage. I can only guesses as to its use so I will not. You can buy this one and tell your wife its the latest in hand bags. The only negitive is that when they sewed the front seam they missed about a inch and a half of the material under neath. This will be easy to hide so it dont show. It doesn't hinder the strength or use. Shipping will be $5.00 in 48. International will be $15.00. Personal checks held for clearance.
