USA R1741 USA MILITARY SERIESUS ARMY FLAT CARWITH 2 TANKS ------------------ Product Features ------------------ Authentic Decoration Metal Wheels 1:29 Scale Detailed Model Original Box - ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This car looks new to me -- the wheels show a slight amount of rust, probably from sitting.Two of the step ladders on the side have been re-glued.The paint and decals are in perfect condition, no scratches or dings on bottom or lower portion of car.No oxidationThe box comes with this, but t is no plastic to wrap the pieces in.When shipped it will be carefully wrapped with styrofoam peanuts.T are no tie-downs for the tanks.
