#JQ2, pretty color, pristine gum Scott's Specialized Catalog Value - $210 I have been honored by the SwedishTiger (Roger Kirby) as "Dealer of the Year" for 2009. For clear, beautiful pictures of all the US classics, go to his award-winning site: US Stamps I have developed a number of graphics to aid you in distinguishing the varieties of the most commonly misidentified and /or misrepresented US classics sold on eBay. Many more are being developed and will be added as time permits. For a more accurate assessment of current value based on the total range of grades, see the PSE (Professional Stamp Experts) pricing guide, which is updated quarterly. Their grading also considers other factors than just centering, such as color, impression, eye appeal, the back, perfs, etc., but it will give you a better idea of the range of retail values in the US Classics arena: PSE Valuation After 5 years of intensive effort to scrape some of the worst slime off the eBay US Stamps category, with some small measure of success, I find I no longer enjoy the hobby. Therefore, I am liquidating my formerly beloved US collection, starting with my duplicates. Over the next several months, I will be offering many hundreds of singles, covering all areas of US stamps, but primarily classics, including extensive coverage of regular issues with much BOB as well. If it goes well enough, perhaps I will even turn it into a small business. Rest assured, if I do, I will endeavor to make it collector oriented, and maintain the highest ethical standards. Please add me to your "Favorite Sellers" list and see if you like what I have to offer. Thank you. .
