This is a Kohlert & Sons (Graslitz) Clarinet, made in what is now the Czech Republic, on the horn it says "Czecho-Slovakia", with the serial number 257837. From what I've been able to work out on the internet that suggests it to be made either before or during WW2 although I'm not an expert. At the moment it has no reed, and the reed clamp and cover aren't original I don't think, seeing as they say Made in England. There is no case, but it will be wrapped up well for transit. As you can see there are quite a few white marks around on the wood. All of the keys seem to work except one or two which don't spring back up. There are no cracks in the wood or anything like that as far as I can see, and the keys are in pretty good condition considering. There is some corrosion on the reed clamp cover. All in all it could do with some work but as far as I can tell once that is done it will make for a beautiful instrument. No reserve.
