You are bidding on a USED HIGH VALUE QE11 Definitive from the 1971/1993 PRE-ELLIPTICAL SCOTTISH series.I believe it to be SG S48ea. It is FAIRLY LIGHTLY cancelled . This is a Type 11 stamp (first date of usage 1/86) and has perf 14 (THIRTEEN actual 'holes' as opposed to 15x14 FOURTEEN actual 'holes'). As can be seen from the scan it is very nicely centered,has vibrant yellow/green colouring,has no perf damage,has no hinge remnant and no 'thins'. The stamp has a CV of £30.Offered at a fair price for this the SECOND highest value Scottish definitive (except for 'Phosphor Omitted' and 'Imperf Pairs' etc).
