You are bidding on a USED Smith & Wesson M-100 Chain Link Hand Cuffs The hand cuffs were recently obtained from a sale, and were well cared for. The hand cuffs are Smith & Wesson and are model M-100, serial # H56780, Houlton, ME, made in USA The hand cuffs are chain link and have a satin nickel finish. Smith & Wesson Handcuffs are fabricated from the finest quality carbon steel. They are manufactured with heat treated internal lock works, featuring smooth ratchets for swift cuffing and double locks to prevent tampering. All S&W handcuffs meet or exceed demanding U.S. National Institute of Justice tests for workmanship, strength, corrosion and tamper resistance. The hand cuffs appear in great shape, but t are no keys , all keys for the model M-100 handcuffs are the same and will fit each other. Keys can be purchased thru consumer service at Smith and Wesson. The handcuffs are in good condition, but no keys , as with a used item, t is some normal wear, a few scratches and dings, all as noted from the photos.
