Offered is a small but nice group featuring a RARE USMC China Service medal with ring suspension, full wrapped brooch and NUMBERED 658 on the rim. The group further includes a pre-war American Defense Medal with slot brooch and Navy/Marine Corps style BASE bar plus a 3 place ribbon bar of the wide 1/2" style with good conduct, China Service and Am Defense w/Star. This ribbon bar is the Wolf-Brown plastic covered kind. All of these items came together but are unresearched and would be a great project. The last piece is a China Service Medal Box which I have ADDED to this group.

The China Service Medal is AWESOME and pre-war numbered ones are extremely rare as many of these Marines ended up as Japanese POWs.

Condition is Excellent - The photos should tell the whole story but e-mail me with any questions.
