It a great SPC This USMC issue Scalable Plate Carrier , These have the level IIIA soft armor already sewn in the carrier. It's a complete set with all the components. The Eagle Scalable Plate Carrier is supplementing deployment of the Modular Tactical Vest (MTV) where speed and endurance are critical factors during combat operations.
