Bid is for one used EXCELLENT CONDITION USMC Issue FROG II (Flame-Resistant Organizational Gear II) Combat Shirt in Highly desireable Desert Digital Camo made under US Government contract by Propper International. This size Medium-Regular shirt is the latest and greatest in high-tech protective combat uniforms being fielded on any battlefield today! Designed to give the wearer added protection from fire, these suits are rated to protect the wearer long enough to escape flames associated with combat that would disable an unprotected soldier. The fabric encorporates flame resistant fibers in its construction and is designed to minimize injury. The biggest advantage that the FROG II shirt offers is a reduction in the amount of second and third degree burns that an unprotected soldier would normally be injured with. These shirts are VERY hard to come by and have meet with huge success from our soldiers in the field. While it incorporates a Marines Corps digital camo pattern, these FROG II shirts are finding their way unofficially into the uniforms fielded by other branches of service.
