This auction is for a military issue BIVY COVER, The bag is made of Gore-Tex and Gore-Seam . It is waterproof, breathable covering for the Modular Sleeping Bag (MSB) to keep out wind, snow, and rain . SIZE: 85" maximum. Width at feet, 28"minimum, Width at shoulders 35" maximum. Cloth weight, 6.0 oz./ sq yd maximum. The Bivy Cover is a waterproof, windproof bag designed to be used with the modular sleeping bag or by itself. This auction is for one, virtually new bivy cover. It has been used, but shows very little evidence of wear. All buttons, snaps, etc. function perfectly and the material retains its original hues, with no rips or holes.
