USMC Marine Corps Dress Blues 40 R Jacket and Pants 33 LONG USMC Marine Corps Dress Blues Blood Stripe Pants 33 This auction is for one pairs of pants - size 33 Long. It is used but in very nice condition still. Not faded & No tears, rips, holes, etc.
Commley referred to as Blood Stripe. The blood strip is a tribute to noncommissioned officers, warrant officers and commissioned officers, traditionally to honor the high number of casualties among the ranks at the Battle of Chapultapec in 1847 in the Mexican War. The area from the crotch to the end of the cuff is about 32 1/2 inches. I will not refund because it "DOES NOT FIT." If you need an area measured please ask and I will be happy to measure it for you. From under one arm pit to the other is 20 inches. From the back shoulder seam to shoulder seam is about 17 1/2 inches. CHECK THE MEASUREMENTS! From the top of the shoulder seam area to the end of the jacket is 28 inches. The length of the sleeve from the top of the shoulder cut to the end of the cuff is 25 inches. The nape, or area from the center top cut w the collar meets the top of the coat cut to the bottom of the coat is 30 inches, or more simply said the length of the back of the coat from the collar cut line to the bottom of the jacket
