A well made and handsome US Marine Corps Officer's summer white dress uniform. Jacket has a a (4) pocket front. Bright gold plated removeable style USMC buttons are along the front, and are hallmarked "Waterbury Button Co., Conn.". Has the shoulder boards and a high style collar. Original maker's label states "MA14-U2 44L 36W, Garment Manufactured of U.S.M.C. Approved Materials for Style Design and Quality to Like Item Approved By U.S.M.C. Serial #4-92, 100% Polyester, Gabardine, White, Made in U.S.A., 01/14/94". Approx. size 44 Long. The matching trousers have a zipper fly, (2) front slant pockets, and (2) rear pockets. Size tags are marked "49R x 41W". However the cuffs are unfinished and so the pants could be shortened. A handsome and rare USMC summer white dress uniform! Needs to be dry cleaned, as it has some marks from being in storage for 12 years. This uniform was never worn and is in otherwise near-mint condition. The summer white dress uniforms were phased out in October 2000 and are no longer worn. Original sales price from March 1994 was $180.00. Payment Terms: Buyer to pay in US dollars within (7) days.
