This is a beautiful vintage silver teapot from the USN - United States Navy. This piece is side marked with the Navy anchor logo with U.S.N. , underneath the logo. This mark is very faint, but it is ther if you look closely. I had trouble photographing the logo without a glare. The length is approximately 9 inches long and 51/2 high. This is a Reed and Barton silver soldered product. The markings on the bottom as are follows: Reed and Barton, silver soldered, 2900. I will be listing separately a USN creamer, tray and sugar bowl, that look beautiful together. (See photos) T are some minor scratches, but nothing that detracts from this beautiful vintage piece. It is easy to imagine hotel silver elegance on a navy ship at sea. Please contact me with any questions. Thanks.
