For your consideration is a *Like New* United States Postal Service 2008 Commemorative Stamp Yearbook with 66 of 68 included stamps and the included protective sleeve.
The book appears to be in mint condition. I can't find any trace of wear. The sleeve has small stress-like rips on the top and lower right of of the flap. Neither appears longer than an inch. Otherwise, the cover is in very good condition. The stamp book is supposed to include 68 stamps, but the the plastic was obviously opened. I counted them twice and came up with 66 stamps. The stamps appear to be in mint condition.
The face value of the stamps should be at least $27.00. They are valid US postage you could use today. I am not a stamp collector, but I will try my best to answer any questions you might have. There haven't been that many of these on eBay that include the stamps.
