USVI Ingot Co. Chunky 1 Troy Oz. .999 Silver Bar RARE This is a 1 Troy Oz. ( it actually weighs 31.2 grams), .999 Fine Silver Bar minted by USVI Ingot Company in 1980. This is the chunky style stacker bar. It measures aprox. 1 1/4 inch by 3/4 inch., and 1/4 inch thick. This rare and hard to find bar is listed in the silver art bar guide book as number USVI-7. It is in good circulated condition and will come protected in a soft vinyl bar sleeve. (Note there is very slight surface scuffing.) On the front in the middle is an oval shape and inside it says A-MARK. In the background it says . 999 FINE SILVER in all languages written on the whole bar. On the back at the top it says 1 TROY OUNCE in a rectangle border. Below that it says 31.1g PURE SILVER. Below that it says ASSAY and there is a circle that says A157 S. At the bottom is a copyrite stamp and USVI INGOT CO. 1980. Very unique chunky style stacker. Very compact and easy to store. Add this RARE and collectable USVI 1 Troy Oz. silver bar to your collection and silver savings account. Makes a great investment and you get to enjoy the artwork.
