This is a vintage Van Briggle vase, and one that you will seldom see at auction. Don't miss out on a chance to add this beautiful piece to your collection. Circa 1920's. Design is of three Native American busts, each with a different expression. One smiling, one sad, and one pondering. The glaze is a deep Mulberry, with a dark blue overspray. The glaze is in excellant condition, with no cracks, grazing, or chips. The vase is also in excellant condition, with no cracks, or chips, or damage. The vase measures just under 11 &3/4" tall, and the base is 5 & 1/4" in diameter. The bottom bares the AA logo, Van Briggle, and Colo. Sprgs. This is truely a wonderful piece that would be a handsome addition to any collection. I will also include an oak, vase trivet, to display the vase on. If you have viewed my auctions before then you are aware that I am not an expert on Van Briggle. All of my item's come from my families personal collection, and have been in possession for the past 20 to 40 years, some longer. During which time they have been in display cabnits in a smoke free environment. My infomation comes from the interned, a few books, and other auction site's. If you are new to my auction and you have any concerns as to the condition of this item, please check the feedback from previous bidders. You will find that my items are well recieved, and are in as good, or better condition than described. Winning bidder pays $2.50 packaging, and the calculated shipping cost for your area. Insurance is required. I pack very well, and will not be responsible for loss or damage during the shipping process. Payment, or payment arrangements, must be recieved no more than 7 days from the end of the auction, or sale will be considered void, and the item will be placed for auction again. If payment is made via personal check or money order, the item will be shipped after payment has cleared the bank. If you have any questions on this item, please feel free to contact me.
