Vantines Japanese Jeweled Nippon Porcelain Moon Vase
Description: Antique Japanese Jeweled Nippon Porcelain Moon Flask Shaped Vase Retailed by Ashley A Vantine & Company, Early 20th C. Japan. The flattened circular shaped vase features two scrolled handles and both sides are decorated in enamel with colorful flowering branches on a white ground within light blue ground borders with scrolled pattern. The surfaces are heightened in gilding and raised enamel dots or "jewels". The base is marked with printed blue crossed flag retailer/manufacturer mark for Ashley A. Vantine & Company. Price Comparison: $100-150 in Fine Art & Antiques Gallery. Dimensions: 8-1/2" High, 6-3/8" Wide, 3" Deep. Weight: 1.66lbs. (27oz.) Condition: T are a number of small chips/losses to the enameled pattern along the surface of the vase. T is some rubbing/wear to the gilt details and rims. T is some dirt/wear to the underside of the base. Otherwise, the vase is in good condition.

Returns : We offer a seven-day return privilege. All returns must be announced within 7 days (upon receipt of item) and must be made in compliance with our return policies (listed below). Items being returned must be packed and shipped in the original packaging and box.
If t is a marked discrepancy between the item you receive and the item as described in the listing online, we offer a full refund of the purchase price as well as all original and return shipping costs. International Customers Please Note: Due to the high costs of shipping overseas, we are only able to refund the purchase price of the item, and not the shipping costs, for any item being returned.
However, If the itemÂ's condition is as it was represented in the listing, but you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, weÂ'll be able to refund the purchase price (but not the shipping/packing costs) less a 20% restocking fee as long as you let us know within seven-days upon receipt of the item. Refunds will be made upon receipt and inspection of the item and will be made in the manner in which the payment was received (with the exception of money orders which will be refunded by personal check).
Condition : We spend a lot of time describing each item accurately and want you to know exactly what you are buying. If you ever feel an item you bought was misrepresented or not what you expected, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to correct the situation.
Please Note : We do not guarantee the condition of any frames that are sold with our artwork. Also, we remove all glass from the frames before we ship them so that the pieces will not be damaged in transit. In the event we are unable to or it is unwise to remove the glass from the frame, we use an adhesive sheet to secure the glass as best we can.
