I always have a lot of good silver listed at low opening bids and low shipping, so please check out my other auctions! This is a beautiful antique or vintage souvenir spoon from Venice or Venezia, Italy. The enamel bowl shows the famous Grand Canal, with a gondolier and Saint Mark's Square in the background. The handle has their crest with the lion of St. Mark and "Venezia". It is about 4-3/4" long. It is in very good condition, no damaged or missing enamel, but it does have a lot of discoloration on the back only. It is marked "Alpacca", which is like nickel silver. It is not tarnished and has a nice patina. No monograms or other engraving. PLEASE EMAIL ANY QUESTIONS! I'll be happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases! Shipping within the US is your choice, $3.50 First Class in a box, or $6.00 Priority Mail shipped in a box, insurance recommended. Shipping by airmail to everyw else is $6.00 for First Class International, $11.00 for Priority International. Insurance may not be available to some locations.Shipping note: This auction ends on 6/2. We will be out of town from 6/11 until 6/19. Everything paid for before then will be shipped before we leave. For payments received during that week, items will be shipped immediately upon our return. Payment: We accept Paypal, money orders or checks drawn in US dollars, which may be held for clearance.
