His father was a skillful artist who had many friends amongst the artists who lived in Miskolc at that time. (Lenkey, Pető, Csohány, Barczi) It was his father who thought Konrád the basics of drawing and watercolor painting in which he became exceptionally skillful. Konrád was greatly influenced by culture and has always shared the interest for painting with his father.
