If you delcine the package because you do not wish to pay the customs charges, you may only receive a refund if the item is retuned in good condition. You will not receive a refund on postage. Please do not ask to have your package marked as a 'gift' for Customs purposes. Registered Mail is insured up to $66.00. T is no online tracking number, however, a signature is required.  The maximum refund will be $66.00, not the cost of the item.
