This listing is for a very nice, large, six-drawer George A. Clark spool cabinet. Given the Eastlake ornamentation, Iâe(tm)d date it to the late 1800âe(tm)s. I believe all of its parts are original âe" glass face plates, knobs, etc.. The paneled oak could use a little cleaning and polishing, but it is in very nice shape. The cabinet is a biggie. It weighs about 60 lbs and measures 26 inches wide, by 23 inches high, and 20 1⁄2 inches deep. Like most 6 drawer spool cabinets, itâe(tm)s a great size for a lamp table or a whopping jewelry box. As you can see from the photos itâe(tm)s oak, itâe(tm)s clean (old writing in one drawer), and its flaws are minimal and hopefully fully-visible in the photos. The board on the top has separated (and actually needs to be tacked down). It has a piece broken from the corner of the glass on the âeoeBlackâe drawer, and a narrow piece splintered from the underside of the top board on the right. This is an old injury J .
