Very nice Seth Thomas 8-Day Time & Strike Steeple Clock in excellent condition. It has a solid wood case that looks like fruitwood, but I'm not sure. T are a few very minor rub marks on the case. The metal painted dial is signed Seth Thomas, German Movt, and is in outstanding condition. The bottom door glass is reverse painted with what I assume to be a decal of flowers under the paint, and has a couple of minor scratches that a barely noticeable from the front. The brass pendulum is tarnished in the center. The clock is complete and in running condition, although I do not guarantee that. However, I have been running the clock for a couple of months with no problems. The paper label on the inside of the backboard is intact and provides directions for operating the clock, and t is a hook inside the case on the bottom and a place on the side to hang the key inside. The clock stands about 15 1/4" high x 9" wide at the base x 4 3/4" deep at the base. This is a lovely clock ready for your home right now.
