Up for bid is this rare old Schrade Cut. Co. Walden N.Y. folder. I bought this knife at an estate sale in a box of knives. Obviously, as the pictures reveal, the gentleman who owned it did not know how to take care of a nice blade. This is a two bladed knife. Each blade has its own lever to open, and lock the blade when it is in the open position. To open this blade you slide the button and it comes open about 1/4 inch. The larger blade opens beautifully, but the smaller needs help. The larger blade has snap with a little slop, not much but you can feel it. The smaller blade has good snap when you get it all of the way open. Both locks work very well when the blades are open. The knife came with a little leather bag, which I am including with this knife. Stamped on the small blade is U.S. Pat. Feb 13-06, Feb 26-07 and Sept ?? (I believe 11). Please see related photo. The knife is 3 3/8 inches long closed and 7 inches long with both blades open. The larger blade is 2 inches long. This is a nice blade that only needs your TLC. Thank you for your interest.
