Very Rare Original Silver Knights Templar Ring 1119-1312 AD. Very nice hand detailed engraving covers the surface. The initials of the knight who bore it are on each side. They are in the old slavic language which was the language spoken by the early catholic church. These are extremely hard to come by and are owned by only a small handfull of people around the world. The other details include the heart for loyalty and honor to the cross, the sword in allegiance to protect the order and the spear to represent the spear that pierced Jesus side. This is solid ancient silver not sterling or coated. I recently purchased this from another dealer in Scotland. It was originally found on land adjacent to a Knights Templar building in Saint Martin des Champs, France. I have only seen one other ever on ebay. It sizes to about a 9 1/2 US size. Condition is wonderful but not 100% perfect due to ageing. Still no doubt Museum quality. Refer to pics for more detail. Due to the rarity and value of this ring it will start at a higher opening bid than usual. But still with NO RESERVE. I only sell top end, high quality items. All items are guranteed genuine and original.I specialize in buying from reputable sources from around the world. Check my feedback and bid with confidence. All my shipping is carefully packed as usual. Good Luck! I usually accept Paypal but cannot at the moment due to a Paypal error. Sorry. Please send your payment secure via USPS certified Mail. I only accept USPS Money Orders and Bank Cashiers checks.
