Get your sunglasses out for this one....up for your consideration is a VHTF Mod Barbie outfit called City Sparkler! It is pristine MOC....no holes or tears in the cello and all items are securely sewn to the card. Would be a great addition to any Mod Barbie collection.....as typically when this outfit is found loose, it usually looks like an old dish rag!!
